Cancellation/Refund Policy

Club Traveler Holidays Packages 

The Package offered by club Traveler is an affordable luxury. Club Traveler affiliated hotels/resorts have something for everything. The clubs accommodate people of all ages and the physical design incubates all the efficient amenities. Where a 4-to-5-star hotel/resort has got a 250 sq. ft. upwards base category room can be provided. The packages allows customers to take a week’s holiday each year (depends on package to package), which is based on availability and eligibility. ClubTraveler offers a wide variety of packages including ClubTraveler Classic package, ClubTraveler silver package, ClubTraveler gold package, ClubTraveler platinum package and ClubTraveler diamond package. The benefits include travel, sightseeing, food, and exposure to in-city experiences, cruise holidays, and a lot more. 

Cancellation of Package 

ClubTraveler allows its customers to cancel their package within the rescission period. CTHP (ClubTraveler Holidays Package) has a fixed rescission period of 10 days. If the customer intends to cancel the package within the stipulated time, he/she is eligible for a refund. Such requests, however, are to be made in writing. The request has to be signed by the applicant or applicants (in case of joint package) and has to reach the office within ten days from availing the package. If the application is received within 10 days, the applicant will receive a full refund within sixty days from the date of receipt of the request. If the applicants fail to send the cancellation request within the stipulated time, he/she is not eligible for the refund.

ClubTraveler has helpline for its existing customers, dealing with requests and queries on payment, cancellation, or refund. ClubTraveler can be reached at +91 992 020 9455 between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday (Except public holidays). You can also seek assistance in writing by sending a mail to customer.relation@clubtraveler.co.in. The support team is not available on Sundays and national holidays, so you might want to plan your communication accordingly. The team can be contacted, in case you want to know about the procedure of package cancellation. Please note that the package can be cancelled at any time, but the refund for the same is available within ten days of availing the package.
